Peel the bananas, slice them into thin pieces, then cut them into half.
Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan. Add the sliced bananas and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes or until softened.
Place the sliced bananas on one side of the pan. Add 2 tablespoons of brown sugar and let it melt. Mix it with the bananas, then remove from heat. Transfer to a bowl and set it aside.
Get the slices of bread and trim the edges of each piece. Flatten each one using a rolling pin. Set them aside.
In a medium mixing bowl, add egg and 1 tablespoon of milk. Whisk until well combined.
Get one flattened piece of bread and spread about 1 to 2 teaspoons of the banana mixture in the middle. Brush the sides with the egg mixture, then roll and seal. Repeat for the remaining slices.
Heat 1 to 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat. Dip each roll in egg mixture, then fry until sides are golden.
Combine 1/4 cup of white sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder, then spread on a plate. Coat each banana roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Serve and enjoy!
