In a large saucepan, add 2 sticks of salted butter. Let it melt over medium heat until it becomes foamy and browned for about 3 to 4 minutes.
Once browned, add the peaches. Swirl it all around and let it cook for about 10 minutes.
Add 1 cup of brown sugar and 3/4 cup of white sugar. Mix well until well incorporated.
Add 1 tablespoon of cinnamon and 1 teaspoon of salt. Give it a stir.
In a different pan, add a generous amount of oil and place over medium heat. Pull the layers apart from the biscuits and flatten them. Once the oil is hot, add biscuits. Make sure not to overcrowd the pan. Cook for about 1 to 2 minutes per side until browned and crispy. Place on a rack to remove excess oil. Repeat with the remaining biscuits.
Get your serving plate and drizzle some sauce on the bottom. Add the fried biscuits, then top it with the peach cobbler. Make another layer then top it with ice cream. Before serving, dust it with powdered sugar.
Serve and enjoy!
