Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet of taco seasoning
  • 1 lb Velveeta, cubed
  • 10 oz can diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
  • 8 oz shredded Colby Jack cheese
  • 8 oz block of cream cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup pickled jalapenos
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp liquid smoke

Directions:

Step 1

Add the ground beef in a large skillet and cook until browned. Once browned, drain the excess grease and add 1 packet of taco seasoning. Mix well until combined. Once done, transfer it to your slow cooker along with 1 lb cubed Velveeta, 8 oz block cubed cream cheese, 8 oz shredded Colby Jack cheese, 10 oz can diced tomatoes with green chilies, 1/2 cup pickled jalapenos, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1/2 cup milk, and 1/2 tsp liquid smoke. Mix everything well until just combined.

Step 2

Cover the slow cooker with its lid, set it on low, and cook for two hours. Stir it every 15 minutes to avoid burning. Once done, serve it straight from the crockpot or transfer it to a serving bowl. Enjoy!
