Ingredients:

  • 6 thick-cut bone-in pork chops
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1 packet of dried ranch seasoning
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) salted butter
  • 10 pepperoncini peppers

Directions:

Step 1

Pat each pork chop dry with a paper towel and set them aside. Next, heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat, then sear the pork chops on both sides (do it in batches to not overcrowd the pan). Add olive oil as needed. After this, transfer the pork chops to your crockpot, then add 1 packet of au jus gravy mix, 1 packet of dried ranch seasoning, 1/2 cup (1 stick) salted butter, and ten pepperoncini peppers.
