This Crockpot Chicken Pot Pie gives the family all the joys of comfort food without all the work, I just love it, so if you are looking for an easy, last-minute recipe for all the chicken lovers in your family, I cannot recommend this Crockpot Chicken Pot Pie Recipe enough. The preparation is very quick and easy and you only need a few ingredients for these delicious Crockpot Chicken Pot Pie, you basically just make the insides of the chicken pot pie in the crockpot, then cook canned or frozen biscuits and serve on top of your chicken pot pie and presto, a delicious meal without all the fuss! To get started you just need a crockpot, Frozen Vegetables, some chicken breasts, and some cream of chicken soup, I like to use organic chicken because it tastes better and it’s way better for you.  You can make this in a crockpot or Instant Pot, whichever you prefer. I started this recipe by gathering my ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • 2 to 3 Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Can Cream Of Chicken Soup (you can also use cream of mushroom if you like mushrooms)
  • 1 cup of Milk
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 3 to 4 Potatoes (peeled and diced)
  • 1 (16 oz.) Bag of Frozen Vegetables (the ones with frozen peas)
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1 can of buttermilk biscuits (Pillsbury Grands are good)

Directions:

Place all your ingredients in the crockpot (except for biscuits) and cook on High (for 4 to 6 hours) or Low (for 6 to 8 hours)

Then cook you canned biscuits in the oven and serve on top of your delicious chicken pot pie stew mixture.
