Potatoes are one of the best root crops as they are versatile. You can boil, fry, bake, grill, steam, or roast them. No matter what cooking method you choose, they always turn out delicious. Peel the potatoes and cut each one into four wedges. Place them in a pot filled with water, then add 1 tablespoon of salt. Bring it to a boil. Cook for 12 minutes. Once done, pat them dry with paper towel. Transfer them to a large bowl.
Drizzle olive oil over the potato wedges and mix until well coated.
In the same bowl, add the breadcrumbs, cornstarch, chili powder, black pepper, dried oregano, garlic powder, parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, and salt. Mix everything until the potatoes are well coated with all the seasonings and cheese.
Preheat your oven to 400F, then line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Add the seasoned wedges onto the prepared tray in a single layer. Make sure they are evenly spaced.
Place inside the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
