- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp butter, melted

Peel your potatoes and grate them. Before transferring them to a bowl, squeeze out water from them as much as you can. Now, add the butter and season with salt and ground pepper. Mix well to combine. Add some butter to a pan over medium-low heat, and once it melts, add the potato mixture, and spread them evenly across the pan.

Cook it for 12 minutes, then transfer it temporarily to a plate. Melt more butter and return the potato rosti to the pan and cook it for another 12 minutes.
