I love potato dishes, especially those crispy and golden ones, and that is why this potato rosti recipe from RecipeTin Eats on Youtube is my absolute favorite! I don’t like my potatoes soggy at all; I like them crispy, golden-colored, and delicious – like this potato rosti. I’m sure your family will love this as much as I love it! Learn how to make this in the video below.
Peel your potatoes and grate them. Before transferring them to a bowl, squeeze out water from them as much as you can. Now, add the butter and season with salt and ground pepper. Mix well to combine. Add some butter to a pan over medium-low heat, and once it melts, add the potato mixture, and spread them evenly across the pan.

Cook it for 12 minutes, then transfer it temporarily to a plate. Melt more butter and return the potato rosti to the pan and cook it for another 12 minutes.
