Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces. You can either boil or steam them but boiling will be much faster. It will take about 10 minutes to boil and 25 minutes to steam. Try it with chopsticks if you can pierce it.
Press the potato cubes and turn them into mashed potatoes using a wooden spatula or fork. Now, add the cheese powder or you can just add 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Add a little bit of black pepper then mix all the ingredients well.
Chop the onions into small pieces and place them in a bowl. Next cut the 3 slices of bacon into small cubes and place them in a bowl.
Turn the heat to medium, add the bacon, and stir. Next add the chopped onion, green beans, and corn into the pan. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
Put the bacon and vegetables into the mashed potatoes. Then mix the ingredients.
Get your tortilla and spread some pizza tomato sauce on top. Put mozzarella cheese on one side, then add two spoons of mashed potato and add another layer of mozzarella.
Drizzle some oil in your pan and bring the heat to medium-low. Place the quesadilla on the pan and cook until golden brown. Remove from heat then serve.
