These crispy potato cheese balls by How Tasty is always a hit at any party. Everyone just keeps on raving about how good these treats are. The crust has the crispiest texture, and the inside is filled with gooey melted cheese. Try it now – I am sure you won’t stop eating them.

Peel the potatoes and place them in a bowl filled with cold water. Let it soak to remove starch.
Cut the potatoes into chunks, then boil them in salted water until fork tender.
Slice mozzarella cheese into small cubes. Place on a plate lined with paper towel.
Prepare the breading. In three different bowls, add flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs. Add salt, black pepper, and paprika to the breadcrumbs.
Drain the boiled potatoes and place them in a heatproof bowl. Mash it while it’s still hot. Grate parmesan cheese in the warm mashed potatoes and season with pepper. Mix until well combined. Add salt to taste.
Using a tablespoon, take equal portions of the potato mixture and form them into balls.
Make a hole in the center of every ball and fill each one with the cubed mozzarella cheese. You’ll get 25 balls in total.
Coat each ball with flour, next dip it into beaten eggs, then roll it into the bread crumbs. Drop it into the egg wash again and coat it with bread crumbs one last time. Place them in a baking tray lined with parchment paper, then place them in the refrigerator.
Generously fill a large pot with vegetable oil and place over medium heat until it reaches 350F.
Deep fry the potato balls until golden brown for about 4 minutes. Keep an eye on them as you don’t want to over-fry them. Once done, place it on a plate lined with a paper towel.
Season with salt and serve immediately with your favorite sauce.
