I love chicken wings and my favorite flavor would be lemon pepper, I just love the combination of salty and sour in chicken wings! This video tutorial by Island Vibe Cooking on YouTube is the best recipe for me, not only is it simple and pretty quick, but I was also impressed by the technique she used which made the chicken wings even more delicious than it already is.

Ingredient:

  • 1 pound chicken wings
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp adobo seasoning
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp lemon pepper

Directions:

Step 1

First, prepare your chicken, and give them a rinse with lime and vinegar, then pat them dry with a paper towel. Transfer the chicken to a large mixing bowl, then add the olive oil, and toss it around really well until fully covered with the oil. Season the wings with onion powder, garlic powder, and adobo seasoning, give them a good mix until evenly and well seasoned.

Step 2

In a separate bowl, add the all-purpose flour, then coat each piece of chicken making sure to remove any excess flour. After dredging all of the chicken, you can start frying them in an air-fryer or deep fry them in a pot filled with oil that’s about 350 degrees for about 10 to 20 minutes or until nice and cooked through. Once they are all crispy and golden brown, transfer them to a large mixing bowl, add melted butter and lemon pepper seasoning, then toss it around. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
