Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon of fine sea salt
  • 2 eggs slightly beaten
  • 1⅓ cup of whole milk
  • ¼ cup of melted unsalted butter
  • ½ teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
  • 1¼ cup of fresh blueberries, washed and dried
  • Nonstick Cooking Spray

Directions:

Step 1

In a medium-sized or large mixing bowl, add the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt, then whisk them all together until the ingredients are well combined and uniform.
