- 8 ounces of linguine pasta
- 18 to 20 jumbo shrimp
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup of chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup of dry white wine
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of lemon pepper
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon of dry pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon of old bay seasoning
- 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley
How to Make Creamy Shrimp Scampi
Step 1:
Start by filling a pot with water and add some salt. Let it come to a boil. Cook the pasta until al dente according to the package instructions. Once done cooking, drain the pasta.
