I frequently serve pasta during family dinners, and my go-to recipe is this garlic lemon pasta from Chef Jack Ovens on Youtube. I swear, this pasta taste so good, this will surely become an instant hit for your family. It’s creamy, zesty, and super flavorful! But the best part is it’s inexpensive to make. So if you’re looking for a pasta recipe with a zing, you have to try this recipe. Watch the video below for the step by step instructions.
Place a large pot of water over high heat, bring it to a boil, then cooked the pasta according to its package. Next, thinly slice four garlic cloves, zest one whole lemon and thinly slice it, and juice half of it, then roughly chop fresh parsley. Set them aside. Next, heat a large pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter. Once the butter melts, add the sliced garlic with a pinch of salt, and saute for one minute.

Next, add the thinly sliced lemon zest and lemon juice and continue to cook for another minute, mixing it around occasionally. After this, add 1/2 cup of thickened cream and season to taste with ground black pepper. Mix well to incorporate the flavors, then bring it to a light boil, reducing the heat to low. Simmer it until the sauce thickens. Now, directly transfer the cooked pasta into the sauce, then add in the roughly chopped parsley. Toss until incorporated and cook for one final minute. Serve and enjoy!
