So if you don’t what to make for dinner today, try this creamy cajun chicken pasta!
Step 1
Boil water and salt in a large pot, then add in the pasta cook until al dente. Then, drain the water and set it aside. Insert the chicken breasts in a Ziploc bag, then a use meat tenderizer to flatten the chicken a little bit. Transfer it to a bowl, then add in the oil, cajun seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, dried parsley, paprika, and old bay. Rub it in until both sides are fully seasoned and coated.

Step 2
In a skillet pan, add in 3 to 4 tablespoons of oil hot, then place the chicken breasts and cook for about 5 to 10 minutes, don’t let it burn, and make sure it’s cooked through. Flip to cook the other side as well, remove from the pan and set aside. Using the same pan, add and melt the butter, then add in the chopped onion, red bell peppers, and diced tomatoes, cook it until nice and soft.
Step 3
Pour the heavy cream and chicken broth, then add cream cheese, chicken bouillon, cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste. Give it a good stir then add the pasta, stir it together until the pasta is well-coated with the sauce. Cut chicken into bite-size or however you want, then add it to the pasta and sprinkle parmesan cheese.
