Ingredients:

  • 1 – 10 oz package of frozen spinach, cooked
  • 2 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1 egg, well-beaten
  • 1 cup of sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Topping:

  • 1 sleeve of any round, buttery cracker
  • 3 tbsp melted butter

Directions:

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9 x 13 casserole dish with a nonstick cooking spray. Next, cook your frozen spinach according to its package instructions and drain it really well. After this, transfer it to a large mixing bowl along with 2 oz softened cream cheese, one beaten egg, one can of cream of mushroom soup, 1 cup of sharp cheddar cheese, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, and 1/4 tsp ground black pepper. Mix together well.

Once done, transfer the mixture to your greased casserole and spread it nicely and evenly. Set aside. Now, ground one sleeve of any buttery cracker, then add 3 tbsp melted butter.
