I always want to make breakfast for my family extra special, that is why I always make sure to serve food they will absolutely love like this cream chees danish recipe from Making Fun with Cheri the Chef on Youtube. These little goodies are so tasty; my family always ends up asking for more. It’s also super easy to make and will only take less than 30 minutes to arrive at your table.

Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 oz) tube of crescent rolls, refrigerated
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 8 tsp strawberry preserves

Directions:

Step 1

Combine 4 oz softened cream cheese and 1 tbsp lemon juice in a bowl followed by 2 tbsp sugar. Mix well until well combined. Set aside. Next, cut your crescent rolls into eight slices, then flatten each, making it somewhat deeper at the center for the filling.

Step 2

Now, put one scoop of the cream cheese mixture on each, then spread the mixture around a bit with the back of the scoop. After this, put a little scoop of strawberry jelly on each danish. Place them in the oven at 350 degrees F and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
