Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp instant espresso powder
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup milk

For the Glaze:

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup mini M&Ms

Directions:

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9 x 13 baking dish, lining it with parchment paper. Set aside. Next, combine 3/4 cup granulated sugar, 3/4 cup brown sugar, 2 eggs, and 1 tsp vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl. Mix well using an electric mixer. After this, add 1/4 cup milk, 3/4 cup melted unsalted butter, 3/4 cup all-purpose flour, 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1 tsp instant espresso powder. Step 2

Dump the batter onto the prepared baking dish, spreading it nicely and evenly. Place it in the preheated 350 degrees F oven and bake for twenty to twenty-five minutes. In the meantime, make the glaze. Add 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips and 1/2 cup hot heavy cream in a mixing bowl. Make sure all the chocolate chips are submerged, then set them aside. Once the chocolate chips are melted, go ahead and mix together with the heavy cream until combined. Now, pour it over the baked brownie, spread it evenly, then scatter 1/4 cup mini M&Ms on top. Pop them in the fridge to let them set before cutting the brownie into squares.
