Instructions

Step 1:

Start by removing the husk of the corn, then cut it in half. Next, cut each half into quarters lengthwise to get 8 pieces for each corn. You might need a heavy knife to cut them into pieces.

Step 2:

Add a generous amount of oil (just enough to submerge the corn) into a clean and dry large pot and bring the temperature to 356 F. Then add the corn and cook for 6 to 7 minutes or until nice and golden. Do not agitate it too much as the corn might fall off. Once cooked, remove using a slotted spoon and place in a bowl lined with paper towel. It should have a curved shape. Set it aside for 10 minutes.

Step 3:

Season with the seasonings. Adjust the amount of each seasoning depending on your preference. Toss it around and make sure that everything is coated well. Squeeze lime juice over the corn and serve. Enjoy while warm!
