  • 3 1/2 to 4 cups of fresh corn (organic corn is really good)
  • 4 eggs (large)
  • 1/4 cup real butter
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons sugar (raw cane sugar is best)
  • 1 cup cream or milk
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
