Easy Coffee Jam Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons of coffee
  • 3/4 cup and 1 tablespoon of hot water
  • 1 1/4 cups of double  cream 35% min
  • 1/4 cup and 3 tablespoons of sugar

 

How to Make a Coffee Jam

Step 1:

Start by adding 4 tablespoons of coffee in a bowl and melt with 3/4 cup and 1 tablespoon of hot water.

Step 2:

Add 1 1/4 cups of double cream into a saucepan and add 1/4 cup and 3 tablespoons of sugar. Mix until well combined. Turn the heat and let it come to a boil.

Step 3:

Pour the coffee and cook over low heat for 25 to 30 minutes, while stirring occasionally. As it boils, the consistency will slightly thicken. Once done, turn off the heat.

Step 4:

Let it cool for a few minutes, then transfer to a jar. Close the lid and place in the refrigerator for a few hours to allow the jam to thicken. Serve and enjoy!
