There are tons of spritz butter cookie recipes out there, but I can assure you that Tatyana’s Everyday Food‘s version is surely one of the best. It is a bit unique as it uses mayonnaise. Trust me – it makes the cookies even better! They melt in your mouth and have this rich, buttery taste that you will love. You might also think that they look just like butter cookies, but they are a little bit different as the recipe contains eggs. Adding this one ingredient makes the batter easier to work with and helps them to hold their shapes.
