This cinnamon roll cheesecake recipe by El Mundo Eats on YouTube takes it up a notch by combining cinnamon roll and cheesecake into one. It’s pure creamy with hints of cinnamon throughout the cake. This is another holiday dessert to make for Thanksgiving or Christmas. Also, you can make this for any occasion too. The layers of the cheesecake look beautiful when cutting a slice because of the cinnamon roll layer in the middle. I want to give this cheesecake recipe a try because it looks like perfection and rich.
First, start off with the base of the cheesecake by placing the biscuit cookies in a Ziploc bag and crushing into a fine mixture. Pour the biscuit crumbles into a bowl with butter, and mix well. Then, place it in a springform pan and place it in the freezer for 30 minutes, and work on the filling. Continue to watch El Mundo Eats tutorial on YouTube for full instructions and details.
Next, once the cheesecake is finished baking, assemble and glaze the top of the cake with the cream cheese icing. Spread evenly with a spatula, and sprinkle with a bit of cinnamon powder on top.
Overall, this cinnamon roll cheesecake is an exception because I do not like cheesecake. However, cinnamon rolls are one of my favorites, so it would be interesting to have this combination together. However, I think it’s a great combo because there are premade cinnamon rolls with the cream cheese icing glaze.
