In a mixing bowl, add 2 eggs and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Beat until well combined. Next, add 2 tablespoons of butter and a pinch of salt. Beat well.
Add 1 cup of flour, then pour 1 and 1/2 cups of milk while whisking the mixture. Mix until well combined. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence and mix.
Divide the batter by pouring some into a small bowl. Sift 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder into the small bowl, then pour the chocolate batter into a plastic bottle. Make a small hole in a cap.
Place a pan over heat and grease with oil. Pour the vanilla batter and spread over the pan. Cook for about 30 seconds.
Make a swirl with the chocolate batter and cook for another 30 seconds. Flip and cook for a few seconds. Remove from the pan and place on a plate. Continue cooking the remaining batter.
Place the pancake on a chopping board and sprinkle some sugar on top. Fold and roll the pancake. Do the same for the remaining pancakes.
