I had found some other recipes that looked pretty good,  but this chocolate coffee cake looked so professional. From the first moment I saw this cake, I thought of the beautiful cakes made by patisseries that I saw in Paris. I really wanted to show up at this event with something impressive, so this cake was perfect for me.
