This chocolate brownie cake dessert by Food Fusion is the ultimate treat for anyone who loves sweets. It has three layers: the brownie, whipped cream, and chocolate ganache. The texture is incredible – each bite melts in your mouth! It will be so hard not to take another slice.

Add compound chocolate and butter in a bowl and place in a double boiler. Mix until melted, then remove from heat.
Sift the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, and instant coffee, directly to the bowl. Add the caster sugar and vanilla essence and mix. Next, add the milk and whisk until well incorporated.
Grease a baking dish lined with parchment paper, then pour the prepared batter. Spread it evenly. Place inside a preheated oven at 356F and bake for about 20 to 22 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean when inserted in the middle.
Take it out from the oven and baking dish. Place in a wire rack and let it cool.
While waiting, make the whipped cream layer. Add ice cubes to a large bowl then place another bowl over it. Add the cream to the bowl on top and beat well.
Add icing sugar and vanilla essence to the mixture and beat until stiff peaks form. Once done, transfer to a piping bag.
Make the chocolate ganache. In an oven-safe bowl, add the compound chocolate and cream. Microwave for 40 to 60 seconds then mix well and set it aside.
On the serving dish, place the chocolate brownie, then spread the prepared whipped cream evenly. Next, add a layer of chocolate ganache. Garnish it with grated compound chocolate and chill in the fridge for a few hours before serving. Enjoy!
