Place the chicken pieces in a bowl and season with all-purpose seasoning. Toss to coat.
In a mixing bowl, combine 1/4 cup of brown sugar, 1/2 cup of low-sodium soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of garlic and ginger paste, 1 tablespoon of white rice vinegar, and chicken bouillon powder to taste. Whisk to combine.
Add avocado oil into a pan over heat just enough to cover the bottom. Add the seasoned chicken and cook until browned on all sides. Make sure not to overcrowd the pan. Work in batches if needed. Transfer to a bowl.
In the same pan, add the minced garlic and cook on low heat for a few seconds, then mix in the broccoli. Add the teriyaki sauce and let it come to a simmer.
Make the slurry by mixing corn starch and water. Pour a little bit of into the teriyaki sauce. Mix until it thickens.
Bring back the chicken and toss everything together until coated.
Garnish with sesame seeds, then serve with white rice.
