I love pizza, and learning how to make homemade pizza from scratch is something I’ve been wanting to do but thought it was difficult. This chicken fajita pizza recipe by Cooking With Asifa on YouTube shows how to make the pizza dough and pizza toppings. It’s a combination of Tex-Mex pizza, and I love the spices and flavors from each food individually.   • 300g Chicken 
  • 1 Onion 
  • 1/3 cup Red Capsicum
  • 1/3 cup Green Capsicum 
  • Black Olives
  • olive oil
  • 1.5 tsp Salt 
  • Oregano Leaves
  • 1 tbsp Sugar 
  • 1/3 tsp Garam Masala 
  • 1/3 tsp Chaat Masala 
  • 1/3 tsp Turmeric Powder 
  • .5 tsp Red Chili Flakes 
  • 1 pinch Red Chili Flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder 
  • Cheddar Cheese 
  • Mozzarella Cheese 
  • 1 Egg 
  • 1 tbsp Yeast 
  • 1/2 cup Water 
  • 1.5 tbsp Yogurt 
  • 3 tbsp Pizza sauce 
  • 1.5 tbsp Lemon juice 
  • 1 tbsp Dry Milk Powder 
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour

Next, once the pizza dough is flattened and in a round shape, make sure to prick holes all over the dough with a fork. Spread the pizza sauce and two kinds of cheese all over the dough. Add the chicken fajita on top and bake in a preheated oven at 350F for 30 minutes.
