This recipe by KAZAN has my stomach growling. I am a big fan of chicken dinners, so I’ve been learning how to cook them in many ways. I’ve even learned how to make a chicken dinner with an entire pack of toothpicks. This recipe is a bit more classy than that though. The creamy mouth-watering gravy with mushroom sauce over the chicken will have your guest asking for seconds for sure.
Check out the description box of KAZAN’s YouTube video down below for the exact measurements of the ingredients.
Slice your chicken breasts in half. Separate the two halves and sprinkle on salt and black pepper. Flip the chicken over and sprinkle the salt and black pepper again.
Heat up a pan with butter and vegetable oil. Add your chicken in as the butter melts. Let the chicken cook in vegetable oil and butter. Once the chicken is done cooking, place it on a plate.

Slice up your mushrooms, then cook them in the same pan with the leftover juices from the chicken. Add some extra butter in.
Pour whipping cream and water into the pan with the mushrooms. Dice some garlic and add that into the pan after letting the whipping cream, water and mushrooms simmer for a little.

After the sauce is cooked and creamy, you can put it on the plate over your chicken.
This recipe is quick, simple and uses minimal ingredients.
