As a seafood lover, this shrimp casserole is one of my favorite recipes! This recipe is from Recipes on Youtube, and believe me – it tastes super good! What’s more, you only need a few ingredients for this. Quick, easy, and inexpensive. I’m sure you’ll serve this frequently once you’ve tasted it.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 & 1/2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked and cooled
  • 2 cups mixed cheese of your choice, divided and shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated or powdered
  • 1/3 cup half-and-half
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • salt and pepper, to season

Directions:

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a bowl, add 1 cup of mixed cheese of your choice, 1/2 cup powdered parmesan cheese, 1/3 cup of half-and-half, 1 egg, 2 tbsp unsalted butter, and 1 clove of minced garlic. Mix well to combine. Next, add the shrimp and cooked elbow macaroni. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Toss everything to combine.
