  • 2 garlic heads
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • softened butter
  • chili flakes
  • crusty loaf of bread
  • shredded cheddar cheese
  • gruyere cheese
  • chopped parsley

How to Make Cheesy Garlic Bread

Step 1:

Cut the top part of the two garlic heads (no need to peel). Place them on top of aluminum foil. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Wrap them with the aluminum foil and bake till they are nice and soft.

Step 2:

Add softened butter into a bowl. Squeeze the garlic heads to remove the garlic bulbs into the softened butter, then add chili flakes. Mix until well combined.

Step 3:

Take a crusty loaf and slice it in half lengthwise. Spread a thick layer of the garlic butter mixture.
