Crepes are one of my favorite foods in the whole world. The basic ingredients for a crepe are very cheap and they are very easy to make. I usually think of crepes as being a dessert food, but when I saw this video recipe tutorial for cheesy chicken crepes by The Stay At Home Chef, I knew I had to try them right away. The greatest part of this recipe is that you can use a store-bought rotisserie chicken and just shred it up and add it to your other filling ingredients. The very first time I had crepes, a cool German lady my mom, and I met on a cruise came to visit us in Texas and she taught us all how to make them. We called the crepes German pancakes, later realizing that they were actually a crepe, lol. Whatever you want to call these lovely cooked circles, they are certainly delicious.
