To start, transfer the chicken to a mixing bowl and season with 1/4 cup green seasoning, 1 1/2 tbsp of complete seasoning, 1 tsp poultry seasoning, 1 tbsp garlic powder, and 1 tbsp smoked paprika. Mix well, making sure each chicken is properly coated with the seasonings. Let the chicken sit for 20 minutes. Next, heat some cooking oil in a large skillet over high heat, then add the seasoned chicken. Sear each side for about two to three minutes. Once done, transfer them to a plate. Set aside.

Add 1 can of cream of chicken and 2 1/2 cups of chicken broth in another mixing bowl. Whisk well until combined. Set aside. Back to the skillet, add 1 tsp roasted chicken bouillon base and 1 tbsp salted butter, then deglaze the pan. Once everything’s scraped up, add 1 1/2 cups of long-grain white rice, and season 1 tsp poultry seasoning, 1 tsp garlic powder, and 1 tsp turmeric powder. Mix well. After this, stir in the broccoli, then pour the cream of chicken mixture. Let it boil, then add the chicken back to the skillet. Cover it and cook for 15 minutes at 400 degrees F oven.
After cooking, remove the chicken, then 1/2 cup mild cheddar, 1/2 cup sharp cheddar, and 1/4 cup mozzarella. Stir gently in the cheese, then add the chicken to the top. Place it back in the oven and bake just until the cheese melts. Serve and enjoy!
