  • 6 tablespoons flour
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated plus extra for topping 
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:

First, in a large pot with salt, boil the cauliflower florets and cook for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside. Preheat the oven to 400F. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, and add crushed garlic. Saute for about 1-2 minutes then add flour and stir consistently for 1 minute. Gradually pour in the milk while stirring.
