Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a small bowl, combine the butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Then set aside.
Separate the 2 layers of the biscuits and you will have 16 if you have a can of 8. Get one biscuit and flatten it out a little using your hands. Next, brush the butter mixture on top and add the cheddar cheese. Then pinch the seams together to turn it into a ball. Continue the same process for all of the remaining biscuits.
Grease a round pan or 10-inch cast-iron skillet. Then place the balls. Next, brush the top of each ball with the butter mixture for more flavor. Top it with more cheese. Then bake in the oven for about 20-23 minutes or until golden brown.
Once done, brush some more garlic butter on top and garnish with parsley. Now it’s ready to serve!
