I love cooking any kind of casserole, why I had never thought of making a Cheesy Bacon Rach Casserole is beyond me because those are all the ingredients I eat on my baked potatoes and I adore the flavor of each one, especially on a potato. So when I saw this recipe for Cheesy Bacon Ranch Casserole on Youtube and had to try it, after all, I love my potatoes any way I can get them, boiled, baked, mashed, or roasted and I also love any kind of casserole so it was an obvious match made in Heaven for me. The recipe couldn’t be easier, first, preheat the oven to 400 degrees then you just peel your potatoes and wash the accumulative starch off of them and put them in the casserole with and minced dried garlic, and some dried parsley.

Ingredients:
6 to 12 Potatoes (peeled and quartered)
3 Tbsp Melted Butter
2 tsp Dried Parsley
1 Tbsp Dried Onions (or onion powder)
1/2 cup Ranch Dressing
1 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
3/4 cup Bacon (chopped)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees then you just peel your potatoes and wash the accumulative starch off of them and put them in the casserole with and minced dried garlic, and some dried parsley. Now you are going to bake them for 1 hour so you want to cover them with foil and bake for one-half hour then take off the foil and continue to bake for the next half hour till done.
Then take your casserole dish out of the oven and add ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, and bacon to the top of your potatoes then put back in the oven and cook for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted, you can add chopped chives to garnish.
These potatoes are so delicious, I think you will find this recipe is universally liked.
