Garlic Herb Butter
Step 1
Place the bacon on a baking sheet, then let them bake at 400°F for about 15 to 25 minutes or until nice and crispy, and allow them to cool before chopping into small pieces. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper, then whisk them until combined, and scramble it on a skillet over medium heat.
Step 2
Defrost the dinner rolls for about 3 to 4 minutes, then grease a 9-inch pie plate with butter, and set it aside. Lightly flour your counter, then toss a dough ball, and stretch it to about 3 to 4 inches in diameter. Sprinkle a tablespoon of cheese on the center, then top with 1 tablespoon of eggs, 1 tablespoon of bacon, and ½ teaspoon of jalapenos, and ½ teaspoon of red peppers.
Step 3
Pull the edges together at the center, then pinch to seal, and form into a ball. Place the dough ball in the prepared dish, then do the same for the rest of the ingredients, and grease a piece of plastic wrap with nonstick cooking spray before covering the dish with it.
Step 4
Place it in the refrigerator until ready to bake, then remove the plastic cover, and bake it at 350°F for about 40 to 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Melt the butter in a small bowl for about 30 seconds, then add the garlic, parsley, and salt, and stir it to combine. Brush it over the top of the breakfast bombs, then serve, and enjoy!
