Slice each biscuit in half and slice the mozzarella cheese into cubes.
Get one of the half biscuits and wrap it around a cheese cube.
Once the cheese is all wrapped with the biscuit, get one piece of thick bacon. Wrap it all around the cheese bomb. Next, take a toothpick to secure the bacon. Do the same process for the remaining ingredients.
Fill a skillet with canola oil and place over heat. Let it boil. Once the oil is boiling, place the cheese bacon bombs. Do not overcrowd the pan. Let it cook for a couple of minutes until the bacon is slightly crispy and the cheese is melted. Transfer to a plate with a paper towel to remove some excess oil.
Let it cool for a few minutes then remove the toothpick before serving. Make sure to remove all of them as you don’t want to eat and hurt yourself or your guests with the toothpick. Serve and enjoy!
