• 2-ounces of cream cheese (divided from an 8-ounce package)
• 3/4 cup of sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla
• 1 1/2 cups of flour
• 1 teaspoon of cream of tarter
• 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon of salt

For The Filling:

• 6-ounces of cream cheese
• 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla
