I super love baking this cheese olive pull-apart bread by Ninik Becker. It’s a straightforward recipe that anyone can make at home. This only requires simple ingredients from your pantry and doesn’t need too much kneading. It’s yummy, soft, and cheesy, just how I like it. Watch the video below for full instructions.

In a large bowl, add 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 large egg at room temperature, 1 1/2 teaspoon of instant dry yeast, 3 tablespoons of melted butter, and 1/2 cup of warm milk. Mix for about 3 minutes or until smooth.
Cover the bowl with cling wrap and let it rest for 90 minutes at a warm place.
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and shape the dough into a ball by pressing the sides toward the center. Flatten the dough into a thin rectangular shape using a rolling pin.
Put a layer of Swiss cheese on the dough, then sprinkle with black pepper, ground paprika, and herbs. Next, add olive slices or any filling you prefer.
Line your loaf pan with parchment paper on all sides. Slice the dough into small squares, then stack them and put them vertically in a loaf pan. Cover it with a cling wrap and let it rise for 30 to 40 minutes.
Brush the top with egg wash. Place inside the preheated oven at 356F and bake for about 30 to 35 minutes. Once done, remove it from the pan and let it cool for a while before serving. Enjoy!
