My family loves garlic bread, so when I saw this fun way of making them from RecipeTin Eats on Youtube, I knew I had to try it. Now, they always request this insanely delicious crack bread recipe, and we can’t go back to our usual garlic bread anymore. Try this recipe today and see for yourself.

Ingredients:

  • 1 crusty loaf (preferably sourdough or Vienna)
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese

For the garlic butter:

  • 1 stick (8 tbsp) unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large garlic cloves, minced
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

Directions:

Step 1

Combine the melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and chopped parsley in a small bowl and set aside. Next, slice the top of the bread in a crisscross manner and place it on an aluminum foil-lined baking tray. Spread the butter mixture and put shredded mozzarella cheese into every slice on top.

Step 2

Wrap the aluminum foil on the bread and put it in the 350 degrees F oven. Bake the bread for 20 minutes wrapped, then unwrap it and continue baking for another five to ten minutes. Serve immediately.
