For garnish:
Add the broccoli into a bowl, followed by one tablespoon of olive oil, grated garlic, grated parmesan cheese, salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Mix all the ingredients until well combined using your hands.
Grease your air fryer basket with oil to keep the broccoli from sticking.
Transfer the seasoned broccoli into your air fryer basket. Set the temperature to 375F and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, shaking the broccoli halfway. For extra char, sprinkle parmesan cheese on top of the broccoli and cook for 5 minutes more. It is optional, but it makes the broccoli so much better.
Add the cooked broccoli into a bowl and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, parmesan cheese, and cracked black pepper. Serve it while warm and enjoy!
