Ingredients:

  • 2 Graham cracker pie crusts
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 16 oz Cool Whip
  • 1 cup coconut flakes, toasted
  • 1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
  • caramel syrup

Directions:

Step 1

Add 8 oz softened cream cheese, 1 can sweetened condensed milk, and half of the 16 oz Cool Whip in a large mixing bowl. Cream together using an electric mixer, then fold in the rest of the Cool Whip. Set aside. Next, place 1 cup of chopped pecans and 1 cup of coconut flakes on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and toast them in the oven. Now, it’s time to assemble the pie.

Step 2
