My Grandma made the most delicious Bread Pudding and it is one of my very favorite desserts from my childhood. I had forgotten how much I loved it until I saw this delicious Caramel Bread Pudding recipe on Youtube and memories of my Grandma came flooding back and I knew I had to make his Bread Pudding in a hurry! I started by getting my ingredients together:

Ingredients:

  • 8 Cups Of Bread
  • 3 Apples (cored and sliced)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt

Mix eggs, yogurt, apples, raisins, and bread

Make a Caramel Bread Pudding for dessert tonight

Spray the bottom of a casserole dish with cooking spray and add to the dish and bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.

Then make your caramel sauce in a saucepan over a low heat with 1 cup of real butter, 1 cup of brown sugar, and 1 cup heavy cream. Stir until smooth and let it bubble and cook down.

Plate your delicious bread pudding up and serve with your delicious caramel sauce on top, so wonderful. I only wish my Grandma was still with us to taste this excellent Caramel Brad Pudding Recipe, she would have loved it, but I know in my heart her beautiful spirit guided me to find her signature recipe and add this awesome new caramel twist. I cannot recommend this recipe enough, I hope everyone will try it! My family loved it as much as I did and really got an active conversation among us going about who their Grandma really was and all the wonderful things she did in her lifetime.
