Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 6 apples, sliced
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 cups of double cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp icing sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 packs of malted biscuits
  • caramel sauce

Directions:

Step 1

To start, melt 2 tbsp butter in a skillet, then add the sliced apples, 1/4 cup brown sugar, and 1 tsp cinnamon. Mix well to combine. In another bowl, combine 4 cups of double cream, 1 cup of cream cheese, 2 tbsp icing sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Whisk with an electric mixer until soft peaks. Now, layer some cream cheese mixture on a greased baking pan lined with parchment paper and spread it evenly at the bottom. After this, add a layer of malted biscuits, then spread another layer of the cream cheese mixture followed by a layer of the spiced apples.

Step 2

Next, drizzle some caramel sauce over the apples, then repeat the layers: malted biscuits, cream cheese mixture, spiced apples, caramel sauce, malted biscuits, cream cheese mixture, and finally, caramel sauce. Chill in the fridge for four hours, then serve.
