I love berry cobblers and this bumbleberry cobbler by Oh Yum with Anna Olson tutorial on YouTube looks amazing and they’re in cute mini baking dishes. It’s interesting to add pear or apples in a berry cobbler because I’ve never heard of that combo before. Apparently it will soak up the juices, color, and flavor while giving the cobbler structure. Bumbleberry is a mix of berries, and I love all types of berries which is why I love this specific cobbler. Anna is so professional yet casual in her videos that it is refreshing to watch how informative she is when cooking. The buttery biscuit topping on the bumbleberry cobbler is a perfect golden brown color that would complement the filling so well. Anna describes the cobbler as a sweet biscuit topping that’s crunchy on top and cake-like underneath the fruit.
