This brown sugar cinnamon bread by Ninik Becker on YouTube is basically a cinnamon roll with raisins. The style of how the dough was cut and shape creates a twisted holiday bread. It’s a simple and easy bread recipe that’s not too sweet either. I would leave the raisins out for personal preference, but I love how the bread turned out. The presentation of the brown sugar cinnamon bread looks fancy with all of the swirls and twists. I think it’s a great way to make a sweet cinnamon bread for the holidays. This reminds me of an older traditional style of bread that I see in movies, so I need to try this style out. It’s crazy how just the way you twist or place the pieces of bread, it can create a beautiful shape once it’s done baking.
