Cut the broccoli and cauliflower into pieces. Then put them in a pot filled with water. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and 2 tablespoons of milk into the pot. Bring them to a boil and cook for 2 minutes.
Dice the onion and saute it in a pan. Once the broccoli and cauliflower are done, strain and remove from the pot. Get the bell peppers and cut them into small slices. Then drizzle some sunflower oil on top of the broccoli and cauliflower. Mix them. Next, add the sauteed onion and red bell peppers.
Get the tomatoes and cut them into slices, then add to the broccoli mixture. Then crack 3 eggs and put them in a bowl. Whisk, then add 1 teaspoon of salt, 5 tablespoons of sunflower oil, and flour. Mix the ingredients well, then add the 1.7 cups of milk. Then add the second part of milk and mix all of them together.
Chop some parsley and dill and add to the milk mixture. Now pour it over the vegetables.
Get the cheddar cheese and grate them. Sprinkle on top of the casserole. Then bake it for 40 minutes at 350 degrees F.
In a small bowl, add 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons of yogurt, and 2 cloves of garlic. Mix well. Then chop some dill and parsley and add to the mixture. Now the sauce is ready!
