Recipe 1
Ingredients:
- tortilla (size of your pan)
- 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese
- green onion (chopped)
- tomato (thin slices)
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- pepper
- spinach leaves
- 2 slices of sandwich cheese
- butter
Instructions:
Step 1:
In a large bowl, add 2 eggs, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, freshly ground pepper, and chopped green onion. Mix until well combined.
Step 2:
Add butter to a pan over heat. Once melted, pour the egg mixture and spread it onto the pan. Immediately, put the tortilla on top. Cook for a few minutes then flip.
Step 3:
Sprinkle cheese on half of the tortilla. Add tomato slices, spinach leaves, and 2 slices of cheese.
Step 4:
Flip the tortilla in half and add more butter to the other side of the pan. Cook the tortilla until browned on both sides and the cheese has melted.
Step 5:
Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients:
- tortilla
- 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese
- 2 eggs
- cooked bacon (cut into strips)
- red pepper (cut into thin slices)
- parsley (finely chopped)
- salt and pepper to taste
- spinach leaves
- 2 slices of sandwich cheese
- butter
Instructions:
Step 1:
In a bowl, crack 2 eggs, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
Step 2:
Add butter to a pan over heat. Once melted, pour the egg mixture and spread evenly. Immediately, put the tortilla on top.
Step 3:
Add the slices of cheese on one side of the tortilla, followed by the bacon strips, spinach leaves, sliced bell pepper, and mozzarella cheese.
Step 4:
Flip the tortilla in half and add the butter on one side. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
