Ingredients:
- 2 demi baguettes
- 5 eggs
- 1/3 cup of half and half
- 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup of shredded white cheddar
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Directions:
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a bowl, cracked 5 eggs then beat. Add the milk, salt, ground black pepper, cooked and crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions. Mix well.

Hollow out the center part of both baguettes and pour the egg mixture. Place them in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F and bake them for 25 minutes. Serve.
