Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large pan, drizzle some oil. Once heated, place the sausages, then cook until a little bit crispy. Place on a plate with a towel to remove the excess grease. Cut into thin slices. Next, cut the bacon into tiny pieces. In the same pan, cook the bacon until crispy. Then place it on a piece of paper with a towel. Let it cool and set it aside.
In a big bowl, add 12 eggs and whisk. Next, add 1/2 cup of refrigerated milk and mix well.
Cut the biscuits into four pieces each and place them in the bottom of a baking dish. Next, add the sausage and crisp bacon bits on top of the biscuits. Then, sprinkle the chopped green onions and chopped chives. Fill the top with 1 cup of shredded cheese. Once done, pour the whisked egg mixture on top of all the ingredients. Season the casserole with salt and pepper, then add more cheese on top.
Place inside the oven and bake for 30 minutes. Slice then serve. Enjoy!
